About Our Practice

This practice was established in 2000 with the objective of addressing problems and finding solutions. We focus our efforts primarily in three areas:
  • Evaluating, treating and managing patients who have functional limitations caused by neuro-musculo- skeletal disorders
  • Designing patient management plans that include manipulation, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, myofascial work and nutritional advice
  • Treating sports-related injuries and managing rehabilitation for fast return to play and work.
Beyond these primary focus areas, Dr. Le Cara successfully treats pain-related symptoms in specific areas of the body, including TMJ (jaw joint), head, neck, shoulders, back and feet, as well as pain that radiates down the arms or legs. He takes x-rays as needed and provides treatment for localized pain that manifests as headache, tennis elbow, sciatica, plantar fasciitis or pain in the rotator cuff. In addition, he evaluates posture and provides muscle balancing techniques and, when appropriate, fits custom orthotics in the office.
