As a courtesy to our patients, we do file insurance claims. Please understand that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. We are not a party to that contract. Our practice is committed to providing the best treatment for our patients, and we charge what is reasonable and customary for our services. If your insurance company decides not to issue payment, we will expect you to make payment in full.
